Description
This is a cake that I made for a rehearsal dinner with the groom in mind.
It is 2 tiers of 8" round cakes (4 layers). Top cake is vanilla-beer flavored and the bottom is chocolate chocolate chip. This is covered in vanilla buttercream and rigged to support the floating beer bottle pouring into the cake.
Handle is gum paste.
Serves 48.
